Damages
If you have received a damaged print. Please contact us using your shipping or order confirmation email. If you do not have one of these emails, please contact us at sales@lumadessa.com
Editions
Digitally (Giclée) printed on a high quality Epson printer, with pigment-based, Epson UltraChrome K3 inks, that will last up to 100 years. Printed on Epson Ultra Smooth (hot press) 250 g/m2 archival fine art paper. Editions are printed upon order, then signed and numbered. All edition print runs are final, no reprints. Editions may vary by color run.
Framing
Lumadessa prints do not include frames. Flora Fauna prints fit nicely into a standard 8″×10″ frame with 5″×7″ matte. This type of frame, can be affordably purchased at stores like Target, Ikea and CB2.
Printing
Each order is printed on demand. Prints are made in 1-5 days. They are then shipped out upon completion.
Purchasing
We accept Paypal and major credit cards. Please note: purchases may take 1-3 days for transactions.
Shipping
Orders are printed and shipped in 1-5 days from purchase date. Depending on popular demand, orders tend to ship in 1-3 days. All orders are shipped in the USA, using the USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days). International orders are shipped using USPS First Class International Mail (6-10 days). Each order is carefully packaged in a protective sleeve, and shipped in a hard mailer.
